     Tracy Ottey    President Official international Alpha Omicron Pi representative on campus, in the San Luis Obispo community, and for our chapter. Organizes all aspects of Chi Psi activities, oversees all other positions, and conducts AOII business. Plans, attends and heads every chapter meeting and ritual ceremony. Encourages the chapter to strive for Standards of Excellence and most importantly to uphold AOII values in everything we do! She is a leader, motivator, and a loyal sister.

    Jillian Schnitman

        VP of Administration
    Works closely with the President to arrange meetings, stay on top of chapter events, take care of house matters, and acts as chapter counselor for all members. Also serves as president when Chapter President is in absence. Serves as a member of the Leadership Council and attends various meetings to ensure our chapter is fully informed in regards to Greek Life. Much of the organization of the chapter rests in her hands.

       Treasurer The chapter’s financial planner and account manager. She keeps financial records organized and up-to-date and works with other officers to plan their budgets. She plans and accounts for the chapter budget, has the ultimate say in how we spend, and keeps members informed of financial activities.

       VP of Chapter Development
     Plans all events in regard to sisterhood. She facilitates sisterhood meetings, plans the annual sisterhood retreats, and encourages sisterhood within the chapter by giving out birthday treats and awards to outstanding members. She plans events based on sister bonding and ensures that the overall chapter bond remains strong.

    In charge of risk management and judicial affairs. Reads and becomes familiar with AOII policies and informs all members about them. Updates the chapter emergency contact list and acts as a supervisor for all emergencies. Implements and plans risk management procedures, including those at social events. Heads the Standards committee and addresses personal issues for members.

    Educates the chapter  in numerous ways, including, but not limited to, planning the AOII calendar each quarter, planning chapter meetings, teaching her fellow sisters how to be safe and maintain good health while getting through school!

     Plans all of recruitment! Every aspect from outfits, to food, to organization, to tables, to drinks, to holding meetings to get everyone involved. She organizes all of our practicing and prepares the chapter for Fall recruitment.

    Assists VP of Membership Recruitment in all aspects of her job, including organization and planning every detail for the big event!

       VP of Academic Development
    Encourages and promotes academics! Rewards us for study sessions, spending hours at the library, and helping our sisters out when needed! Also, calculates out quarterly grade report, including our grade point average.

    Plans and coordinates all social activities! Works closely with fraternities, third party venues, organizes transportation, music, and thinks up fun themes for our events.

    IResponsible for planning all of the chapter’s amazing date parties, semi formals, and formals!! Works with third party venues to plan a magnificent night for her sisters, and organizes transportation to and from events.

       VP of Communications
    Promotes AOII all over school and the San Luis Obispo community! She designs and prints all of the wonderful posters and flyers around campus. She prepares the weekly news email that is sent to all chapter members updating them on weekly events. Serves as a leader in the community and gets everyone involved in AOII events!

     In charge of all corresponding matters and keeps contact with different organizations, like the Fraternities on campus and vendors for AOII events. She sends sweet thank you notes, holiday wishes, and friendly hellos to all AOII correspondents.

        New Member Educator
    To each new pledge class she is the “Pledge Mama!” She teaches new members about AOII morals and values, and shows them the AOII ways. She meets with our newest pledge class weekly to make them feel comfortable, to help them meet the other girls in the house, and prepares binders and info sheets for all the newbies.

     Ensures our chapter sticks to the ritual of AOII, and upholds our values as a way of life. Is responsible for making sure we know ritual and apply it to our everyday lives.

       Recording Secretary
     Attends every chapter meeting, records attendance, and takes minutes of meeting events and announcements. She sends out a majority of the house emails and keeps our chapter very organized. She also communicates with the chapter adviser on a weekly basis.

     Attends all weekly Panhellenic meetings and keeps the chapter updated on what's going on in the Greek community.

       Philanthropy Chair
    Plans our entire Mr. Fraternity philanthropy event! Most importantly, raises money for charity including arthritis and breast cancer! Works on projects sponsored by our chapter, and helps organize service days to help the community.

    Keeps the AOII house fixed up, clean, and in good condition! Attends Corp board meetings and keeps us up to date on our house's conditions. Is responsible for all necessary amenities for girls living in.
