This board is not only a loyal team of friends and sisters, but of alumnae and collegians both working together in constant communication to assist the chapter and prepare for its future. This corporation board has grown from only 5 members up to 20 members in the last 4 years. The majority of the board members live hours away from the chapter but commute for face-to-face meetings and spend hours on teleconference calls and e-mails. This corporation board is a forward-thinking, pro-active board that has grown in leaps and bounds in the past biennium. At AOII's 2007 convention our corporation board even received the 2007 Outstanding Corporation Board Award in recognition of our excellence and service. We were honored for our generosity, such as helping the Delta Sigma Corporation by giving them financial help with their house renovations.
